Mike O’Hara
Branch Manager
Mike is the Founder and Branch Manager of A+ Insulation. With over twenty years of experience in the industry, he has grown A+ from a single pickup truck to one of the region’s largest insulation providers in Partnership with IBP Corporation. In his downtime, you can find Mike cruising the streets of Colorado in his Side-by-Side with his two dogs, Hurley and Finley.
Jeff Kuhn
Sales Manager
Jeff joined A+ Insulation in October of 2013 as a Retrofit Sales Associate and now overlooks Builder, Contractor and Small Commercial work and the overall sales forecast as the Sales Director. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 2005. Jeff currently resides in Kansas City, KS. After hours, you can find him at a Royals or Chiefs game.
Mandy Hulse
Office Manager
Mandy joined A+ Insulation in October of 2017 as Office Administrator and took the role of Office Manager in April of 2019. She hails from Ottawa and in her spare time, you can find her reading a book or cruising down the highway on a road trip.
Paige Atchely
Administrative Assistant
Paige joined A+ Insulation in November of 2023 as the Administrative Assistant. She grew up in Ottawa, KS with her extensive family. Paige enjoys baking, thrift store shopping and spending time with her friends.
Kevin Mayes-Heagy
Production Manager
Kevin joined A+ Insulation in October of 2020 as an Insulation Installer. In January of 2022 he was promoted to Production Manager. During his off time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Lola and Ava, going on float trips with his friends and heading to the Florida beaches to spend time with family.
Garrett Hicks
Residential Estimator
Garrett came to A+ Insulation in September of 2020 as an Insulation Installer and was promoted to Residential Estimator in December of 2021. Garrett attended Iowa Wesleyan University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and small child, going to the gym and heading to Florida to spend time with his sister’s family.
