Just wanted you to know that I really appreciated the crew here today - Dorian, Scott and Jason. They were very professional. Dorian called ahead to let me know that they were en-route and upon arrival introduced themselves. Dorian reviewed the work order with me and told me what I could expect from them today. They worked as a team and took care in today's extreme heat.
