Due to growth and entering into our busy attic retrofitting season we are seeking Insulation Installers!! The Retro/Weatherization Installer is responsible for retrofitting existing homes with insulation by air sealing and weather sealing spaces in the home.
This includes but is not limited to dense packing insulation in walls, adding insulation to attics, crawlspaces and basements, installing roof, sidewall, and gable vents. This may also include some light carpentry work including building of attic hatches.
Installers will be crossed-trained in several departments to further their growth and provide them with more job opportunities. Departments that Installers may be crossed in may include: Spray Foam Bibs Batting Fireproofing Retro/Weatherization
We require a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
